You can set global settings for each stage or customise an individual project if you prefer. When a project is within 70% of its allocated timescale, you'll see a green light so you know all-is-good! When you get closer to the end of a stage, at 80% of the allocated time, the traffic light changes to amber and red when you're within 90% of the time allowed.
And should a project run over, FreedomWorkflow will display a flashing red alert and send you email reminders every day to keep you informed and allow you to decide the best course of action.
Of course, as with everything in FreedomWorkflow, this is customisable so if you don't want the traffic lights and email reminders, you can simply switch them off!

Admin users are able to set the privilege of other users which restricts access to financial or confidential information. This means you can give user access to anyone you wish, but not divulge sensitive information that other users may require.
And you can even hide all and any financial information from prying eyes at the flick of a switch. Simply click on the privacy mode on/off switch & all sensitive information such as project values will be instantly hidden so you can show anyone your project workflow, without giving away your cash flow or pipeline value.

Your first 30-day trial is completely free - whichever package you choose. Your credit card will be billed once the 30-day free trial period is over. You will then be billed monthly thereafter unless you cancel your account. If you cancel your account within the 30-day free trial, you will not be billed at all.
If you downgrade to a lower priced package, you will be billed the new lower amount from the next 30-day billing cycle. We email a receipt each time we bill your credit card.
Yes. FreedomWorkflow is a pay-as-you-go service, with no long term contract. You can cancel, upgrade and downgrade your account at any time via the account page of your FreedomWorkflow account.
